I am a BSN-prepared nurse currently caring for patients in the Pediatric Cardiac ICU, where I have spent over a year supporting children and their families through some of their most challenging moments. I truly love caring for and loving on families and patients during their hardest times in the ICU, offering not only clinical expertise but also compassion, reassurance, and steady support when they need it most. I also gained valuable experience as an ER extern for nearly a year, where I developed strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a calm presence in fast-paced situations. Before entering nursing, I worked in aesthetics for three years, which deepened my appreciation for patient relationships, attention to detail, and helping people feel confident and cared for. I am currently pursuing my Family Nurse Practitioner degree, driven by a desire to continue growing and to serve others at a higher level. I am organized, motivated, and deeply passionate about helping people feel supported, heard, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey. Originally from Tennessee, I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Tennessee and earned my graduate degree at Vanderbilt University. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of working across the full spectrum of women’s health—from high-risk obstetrics and general OB/GYN, to pelvic floor disorders, and most recently, gynecologic oncology and breast cancer. My family and I relocated from Dallas three years ago and love our new life in Oklahoma! I am thrilled to now focus on women’s wellness and support women in achieving their best health possible. I love that there has been a shift in focus from treating diseases to preventing them and treating the patient as a whole and not a symptom.
